And one more thing…

Water water water!
Your skin will thank you for keeping hydrated so if you want to achieve that radiant glow this autumn, remember to keep topped up on water. If you let yourself dehydrate, your skin will start to look tired, dry and certainly won’t glow.

Remember to drink six to eight glasses of water a day. Take a two-litre bottle of water to work and sip throughout the day or if you’re out and about, take a bottle with you.

Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, as both can age your skin.

Remember – it takes time
Don’t expect a miracle overnight. We’re certainly not promising that you will wake up with Disney princess perfect skin the day after you start making changes – but we do promise that it will happen. It can take up to six weeks for new skin to emerge on the surface so the changes that you make now will begin to show in time.
